Our Story

Lisa launched Object Salon in 2014 following 15 years of running a successful franchise which provided her with the experience needed to launch her own independent salon. She is proud to provide an environment to support other stylists on their own journey and to watch new stylists through the first stages of their career.

Where it began

Taking the leap from franchise to independent salon owner was an exciting time which enabled Lisa to craft a salon that felt like a true representation of her own beliefs. This flexibility allows her to move with the times and build a business that feels down to earth and authentic.

Built by a team

Like any business it’s only as great as the sum of its part. Lisa is proud to have supported a number of stylists develop their own careers and are immensely grateful for their contribution to the wonderful environment at Object Salon.

Our team of experienced stylists are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also deeply committed to providing you with a relaxed salon experience good tea and a nice chat (unless you want to be quiet!).

Lisa

SALON DIRECTOR / SALON EDUCATOR
Lisa prides herself on providing a great service throughout the Salon, a relaxed atmosphere with great cutting edge results.
With over 25 years in the industry she has both received and taught extensive training in cutting techniques and bespoke colouring.
Gemma

SALON DIRECTOR
Gemma has over 20 years experience and has been a semi finalist at the L’Oréal colour trophy three times.
Gemma has also taught precision cutting courses and new colouring techniques to other styists.
She works Wednesdays and Fridays in the salon.
Ruby

STYLIST
Ruby started her journey at Object Salon in summer 2021 and passed her level 2 training with distinction.
Ruby is also qualified in hair extensions using Viola Hair technology.
She is driven to make everyone she works with look and feel beautiful.
Bella

TRAINEE STYLIST
Bella started he journey at Object Salon in 2022 and is training in cutting, colouring and styling.
Bella shampoos and blow dries clients regularly. Her favourite thing to do is cutting hair.
In her free time she loves reading into fashion & stays up to date with new trends.
